Misrepresented goods, something that can't legally be resold, someone harvesting contact details, or pressure to pay off-site. This one gets read first.

A problem with a fee
A sale that fell through after you marked it sold, a charge you don't recognise, or a receipt you need for the books.

- What happened
Your data
A copy of what we hold, a correction, or deleting your account and its data. Handled under the Australian Privacy Principles.

- The email address on the account
- What you want done
Help with the site
Something is broken, a listing won't publish, the sign-in code isn't arriving, or you can't work out how something is meant to work.

- Your browser or phone, if it's a display problem

Clearing a warehouse, a builder with steady surplus, a partnership, or a question that doesn't fit above.
Before you write
Two things worth knowing, because they change what we're able to do.
We aren't party to your sale
We don't hold the money, own the goods or arrange the handover, so we can't reverse a payment, force a refund from a seller or make someone hand something over. What we can do is act on the account — remove a listing, close an account, and pass on what we hold if there's a genuine dispute.
If you've lost money to someone, that's a matter for the police and, for scams, for Scamwatch. Tell us too — we'll act on the account at this end.
